 Liza Indiciani Studio of Dance

The Studio of Dance offers both recreational and competitive dance instruction in ballet, tap, jazz, and hip hop. With 23 years of experience as a dance educator, owner Liza Indiciani has led her students to win numerous high scoring routines and choreography awards at both the regional and national level. Classes are available for students between 2 and 18 years old, and competitive dance programs are available to children between 6 to 18 years old. North Shore Flag Football

Are you ready for some football?  Located at 100 Cummings Center 224-G, North Shore Flag Football is a non-profit organization that runs the NFL FLAG Play 60 program in Massachusetts.  The NSFFL is for boys and girls between 5 and 16 years old and caters to players of all abilities, allowing participants to learn the basics of football and team work while having fun!  Recreational and competitive programs are offered during the spring, fall, and winter. Zero Gravity

If basketball is your sport, Cummings Center is home to Zero Gravity, which dubs itself “the new face of youth basketball.”  As an operator of youth basketball events for players grades 3 to 12, the firm runs more than 100 youth basketball events annually in more than 15 states, ranging from club tournaments, leagues, prep school classics, and showcases.  This past spring, Zero Gravity ran more than 80 weekend tournaments over 14 consecutive weekends, hosting approximately 52,000 participants and nearly 100,000 spectators.

Hoop Mountain

The basketball does not end there.  Hoop Mountain provides boys and girls with basketball instruction and skill development, and prides itself in assisting scholastic basketball players to meet their athletic and academic goals. Crossfit for Kids

Workout lovers have many options for working up a sweat at Cummings Center; the business park is home to FivePlus CrossFit, Beverly Athletic Club, Energy Barre, Spectrum Fitness and Fitness Together.  Now the kids can get into the action. CrossFit Kids, offered by FivePlus CrossFit, is a strength and conditioning program that is specifically designed for kids and teenagers between 6 and 17 years old, helping them develop a lifelong love of fitness.
