Fast-growing software company chooses Woburn for Massachusetts site

Caesar Creek Software has leased 5,500 square feet of office space at 400 West Cummings Park in Woburn. The new office is the company’s first location outside of its Miamisburg, Ohio headquarters.

Caesar Creek Software provides cyber research and development services to the federal government. Its new presence in Massachusetts is part of the company’s substantial growth over the last five years, which included the construction of a 25,000-square-foot facility in Ohio.

West Cummings Park is located at the intersection of I-95 and I-93 and is home to hundreds of office, flex, and retail businesses. According to Company representatives, Caesar Creek chose the campus – following an extensive search – for its mix of amenities and accessibility for employees commuting via both car and public transportation.

Mike Truesdale

In choosing to locate in Woburn, Caesar Creek is part of a growing trend, according to Leasing Director Mike Truesdale of Cummings Properties, who worked on the lease with Mike Ogasapian of R.W. Holmes Realty.

“In the past year alone, numerous companies – such as Summa America, Genturi, and LexaGene – have opted for Boston’s northern suburbs over Boston or Cambridge for their first Massachusetts location,” said Truesdale. “We attribute that to lower cost and more availability, as well as the area’s many thriving mixed-use campuses.”

Cummings Properties’ portfolio of 11 million square feet of prime space accommodates offices, healthcare facilities, labs, restaurants, retail storefronts, warehouses, co-working spaces, executive suites, and more. With a portfolio of this size and variety, the firm can meet almost any commercial real estate need from 150 square feet to 300,000 square feet. Its in-house experts in design, construction, and property management offer “one-stop shopping” for the business community.
