CPA Robert Rice celebrates 20 years in Medford

Cummings Properties recently honored Sudburybob rice resident Robert Rice for his CPA firm’s 20 years of tenancy on Boston Avenue in Medford.

Rice brought his firm to Cummings Properties’ 200 Boston Avenue building in 1994, then moved to neighboring 196 Boston Avenue just three years later. The Woburn-based commercial real estate firm, which also owns 142 and 144 North Road in Sudbury, purchased and renovated the Boston Avenue buildings in 1993. (More)

Scott_newmanScott Newman from Cummings Center in Beverly has been named to the Greater Beverly Chamber of Commerce board of directors.

Newman is the leasing officer at Cummings Properties, which is a full-service commercial real estate development, property management and construction firm providing real estate solutions to businesses in 10 communities in Greater Boston.

Prior to joining Cummings, Newman held a variety of sales and business development roles over the course of 20 years for both Fortune 500 and startup companies. (More)
